How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days across Pakistan. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days.

What are the shipping charges?

We charge a flat fee of Rs. 200 for all orders. Orders above Rs. 6,499 qualify for free delivery.

Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes! We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan, including remote areas.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this to track your parcel on the courier’s website.

What is your return & exchange policy?

We offer easy returns and exchanges. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

How do I request an exchange?

Simply message us on WhatsApp at +92 315 9888385 with your order number and photos of the item. Our team will guide you through the process.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Any price difference between items will also be charged to the customer.

All HerChoice bags are made from premium quality faux leather (PU leather) — durable, stylish, and easy to maintain.

Are the colors accurate to the photos?

We try our best to show accurate colors. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions and screen settings. This is normal and not considered a defect.

Are the bags inspected before dispatch?

Yes! Every order is carefully inspected for quality before it is packed and dispatched.
